我国群众体育发展评价指标体系的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈、专家咨询等研究方法,提出了我国群众体育发展评价指标体系的目标模式,并依据资源配置理论、"投入—产出"理论和自组织理论,对"群众体育发展"的概念进行定义;依据"群众体育发展"的定义,认为群众体育系统包括社会环境系统、投入系统、产出系统三个子系统。在对这三个子系统之间以及子系统内部关系的分析中,总结了群众体育资源要素系统与群众体育资源配置系统的关系,从而为构建我国群众体育发展评价指标体系打下坚实的基础。By using research methods of literature review,expert interview and expert advice,this essay puts forward the target model of mass sports development evaluation index system of our country.Based on the allocation of resources theory,＂input-output＂ theory and self-organization theory,it puts forward the ＂mass sports development＂ definition;based on the ＂mass sports development＂ definition,it argues that mass sports systems：include three subsystems social environment system,input system and output system.By analyzing the relations ship between these three subsystems and subsystem internal,it sums up the relation of mass sports resource element system and mass sports resource allocation system.It aims at laying a solid foundation to build the mass sports development evaluation index system of our country.
