摘　　要：目的 观察腹水回输术中常见的护理问题及对策。方法 通过18例48次腹水回输的观察,总结常见的护理问题及对策。结果 腹水回输是治疗严重肝病顽固性腹水比较有效的方法,但术中可出现发热、低血压及病人易产生恐惧心理等护理问题。结论 术中密切观察护理是保证腹水回输顺利完成的关键。Objective To observe common nursing problems and nursing methods during ascites reinfu-sion therapy. Methods 18 patients (48 ascites reinfusion) were observed, nursing problems and nursing methods were summarized. Results Ascites reinfusion is a relatively efficient method for the management of ascites,but some side-effects can be found during treatment,such as fever,hypotension and so on. We also found some patients were fear of the ascitec reinfusion. Conclusion The key that ascites reinfusion is completed successfully is that nurses can observe and nurse the patients carefully.
