冠心病心率时域变异性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 本文对冠心病患者与正常人进行心率变异时域分析。方法 对98例冠心病患者进行心电图检查,并对部分患者行血浆儿茶酚胺浓度测定。结果 随着年龄的增加,心率变异性降低(P<0.05),冠心病组心率变异性明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血浆儿茶酚胺浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病患者存在明显的心率变异。Objective To study HRV in patients with CAD and normal controls. Methods The con-cerntration of catecholamine in plasma was measured in two groups. Results With the age increasing,HRV decreased (P<0.05). HRV are significantly lower in the CAD group than in control group (P<0. 01) Conclasion The concentration of catecholamine (CA)were greatly higher in the CAD group than in control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion The concerntration of catecholamine (CA) were greatlg higher in the CAD group than in the control group.
