西拉普利与卡托普利治疗老年高血压病疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 比较西拉普利与卡托普利治疗老年高血压病的疗效及安全性。方法 106例老年高血压患者被随机分成两组,西拉普利组58例,给予西拉普利2.5mg,每日1次,共4周;卡托普利组48例,给予卡托普利12.5mg～25mg,每日3次,共4周。结果 两组患者用药后,收缩压和舒张压均显著性降低(P<0.01);两组比较,西拉普利的降压效果优于卡托普利,但无统计学意义;西拉普利的副作用显著少于卡托普利。结论 西拉普利治疗老年高血压疗效高,副作用小。Objective To evalute the antihypertensive effects of Cilazapril and Captoprilon the elder hypertensive patients. Methods: 106 cases were divided into two groups,which received cilazapril 2.5and 5mg, qd, po, captopril 12. 5mg,and 25mg,tid,po. The treatments lasted 4 weeks. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups significantly decreased (P<0. 01). The antihypertensive effect of Cilazapril is superior to Captopril, whereas there was no significant different. The side effect of Cilazapril is prior to Captopril. Conclusion Cilazapril is effective in therapy of the elder hypertensive patients.
