摘　　要：在公安机关办理治安行政案件中 ,经常遇到涉及治安处罚时追究时效特别是执行时效的问题。如何在依法办案中理解、把握 ,值得探讨。In the course of handling administrative legal case of public order,problems arise involved investigative period and especially implementation period.The present Regulations on Administartive Penalties of Public security has not yet made the relevant clear stipulations,so it is worthwile to study the period of public security penalties.
