摘 要:基于光楔的基本理论,提出了一种双光楔系统的设计方案。适当加大光楔座的尺寸,在两个光楔座的外缘分别均匀刻上m、n个沟槽,并把这些沟槽做上标记。将两个同样的光楔分别装在两个光楔座上。由于光线偏折发生在主截面内,可以计算出每移动一个沟槽发生的光线偏折角度变化。调试过程中首先粗略计算两个光楔座的初始位置,然后旋转光楔,直到满足特定光线转到目标位置。由于两个光楔座上的沟槽数量不等,故该方案可以达到相当高的精度。此外,该方案简单实用。Base on the basic theory of optical wedges, a practical design scheme about double optical wedges is proposed. The sizes of the optical wedge seats was properly increased, and the outer margins of the seats was averaged by craving m and n grooves seperately, then the grooves was labeled. Two same optical wedges are arranged in two seats seperately. For the bending of the rays was occurred in the principal sections, the change of the bending angle can be calculated when the seats were rotated by each groove. During the assemblying process the innial positions of the seats was roughly calculated and then the seats were rotated until the specific ray pointing to the objective direction. Because of the different numbers of grooves on the two optical wedge seats, rather high precision can be obtained in this scheme.Furthermore, this scheme is simple and practical.
