摘  要:为了实现对孔类零件特别是深孔零件的孔深测量,设计了一套激光内孔测量传感器。该传感器基于激光三角测量的方法,利用梯形棱镜的全反射特性将光路限制在狭窄的空间内,从而实现对深孔或盲孔的测量。针对该传感器的光学成像规律做出了深入的分析,并结合目前存在的问题提出了几种改进方案。实验结果表明:梯形棱镜能够较好地解决测量内孔时物理空间受限的问题,但是也会导致系统成多个像的问题。同时针对梯形棱镜的光学特性,提出了遮挡法和分离法来提取所需的像,并对多个像的特点提出了量程扩展的方案。In order to realize the inner holes deep measurement especially deep hole parts, an inner hole measuring sensor with laser triangulation was designe& The sensor based on laser triangulation, used the trapezoid prism total reflection characteristics limiting the light path in a narrow space, so as to achieve the purpose of the deep holes or blind holes measurement. The sensor's optical imaging rules were analyzed comprehensively, and several improvement plans were proposed combined with the existing problems of the sensor. Experimental results indicated that trapezoidal prisms can better solve the problem of physical space limited when measuring inner hole, however, it also can cause the problem of multiple images. We aimed at the trapezoidal prism optical properties, put forward block method and separation method to extract the image we needed, extended scheme proposed range considering the characteristics of multiple images.
