摘  要:目的 综述国内外高空代偿服的生理学研究状况.资料来源与选择 该领域的相关研究论文和专著.资料引用 国内外公开发表的论文34篇,专著4部.资料综合 我国飞行员主要使用侧管式代偿服,该代偿服具有热负荷小、重量轻、安全性好的优点.不同的是国外飞行员主要使用囊式代偿服,因其具有体表对抗压力均匀、呼吸负荷小的优点,囊式代偿服气囊覆盖面积和气囊内压力是影响服装代偿性能的重要因素.结论国内对囊式代偿服的代偿性能研究不够深入和全面,需要尽快系统地开展囊式代偿服的相关生理学研究,为制定新型战斗机飞行员防护方案提供依据.Objective To review the physiological studies on high altitude compensating suit for pilot. Literature resource and selection Research papers and monographs in the field. Literature quotation Thirty-four papers and 4 monographs published in this field were cited. Literature synthesis Most pilots in China are equipped with capstan pressure suit, which has the advantages of lower heat load, lighter weight and safer performance. Most pilots abroad are equipped with bladder pressure suit, which provides symmetrical body counter pressure and enables easier breathing. Bladder coverage area and bladder pressure are the important factors that affect protection performance of bladder pressure suit. Conclusion The studies on protection performance of bladder pressure suit are insufficient in China, and it is necessary to systemically develop relevant physiological research as soon as possible in order to provide physiological basis of high altitude protection solutions for new generation fighter pilot.
