摘　　要：文章采用系统工程的方法和理论，以创新教育为主线，提出在构建机制专业人才培养模式过程中应当处理和做好的几项工作，对普通工科院校机制专业的改造具有一定的参考价值。Based on the systematic project theory, centering around the creativity-oriented education, this article deals with some of the tasks in the process of constructing the training model of qualified personnel in the machine - manufacturing field. It is also valuable to the development of machine- manufacturing discipline in institutions of higher education.
