摘　　要：介绍了一种利用偏置电容测出系统对地总电容与系统相电压后,再通过计算求取6/10kV中性点不接地系统单相对地电容值的方法,本方法具有测试安全、简便的优点。Introducted a method,which after measured power system total capacitance to earth and its phase voltage using bias capacitor, obtained single-phase shunt capacitance value in 6/10kV isolated neutral power system by calculating. Advantage of the method is safe and easy.
