摘　　要：有效的协同管理是实现用户行为之间的协调、保证协同工作取得成功的关键 ,因此是计算机支持的协同工作 (CSCW)中的一项重要技术。目前 ,协同管理的开发缺乏一般方法。本文根据协同工作的特点 ,提出一种“交互——活动——应用”的模型 ,以描述协同工作的过程。在此基础上 。An effective collaborative management is the key for the coordination of actions between users and success of collaborative work.Thus the development of collaborative management is a piece of important technique of CSCW.At present,the development of collaborative management lacks a general method.Based on the features of collaborative work,the Interaction Activity Application model is presented to depict the process of collaborative work and a applied method for developing collaborative management is put out based on this moedl.
