摘　　要：含铬废皮屑经酸水解的胶原蛋白与丙烯腈、丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酰胺等单体接枝共聚制备L系列蛋白树脂复合型复鞣填充剂 .实验测试和使用结果表明 ,该产品对皮革的复鞣填充性能良好 ,优于国产ART Ⅱ型丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂 .该工艺和设备简单 ,产品价格低廉 ,有较好经济效益 .采用该工艺 ,对充分利用天然蛋白资源 ,消除Cr3+环境污染以及促进皮革业清洁生产都有重要意义 .The L series collagen\|acrylic type retanning and filling agents L\|1,L\|3,L\|4 and L\|6 were prepared by the graft copolymerization method of the collagen with acrylonitrile,methyl acrylate and acrylic amide,in which the collagen was the acrylic acid hydrolytic produst of chrome leather wastes.The experimental results and application of the products showed that their retanning and filling properties were superior to China made ART\|Ⅱ type acrylic acid resin retanning agent.The technology and equipment are simple.And the products are low cost.The technology is excellent in saving the collagen resource in nature,eliminating the environment pollution of Cr 3+ and accelerating the clean production in the leather industry.
