摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及相关Fas表达的变化。　方法运用单克隆抗体免疫荧光染色和流式细胞术检测CRF患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群和相关Fas表达的情况。　结果　CRF尿毒症组CD3 + 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD19+ 较健康对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;尿毒症血透组CD3 + 、CD4 + 较未透析组显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;尿毒症组CD4 + Fas+ 、CD8+ Fas+ 较正常对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。　结论CRF时外周血淋巴细胞减少表明CRF患者体内存在免疫缺陷 ;而与淋巴细胞相关的Fas高表达可能在其中发挥了一定作用。Objective To study the changes of lymphocyte subpopulations and their relative Fas expressions in the peripheral blood from nondialyzed and hemodialysis patients with CRF. Methods The lymphocyte subpopulations and their relative Fas expressions were counted by immunofluorescent staining with monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry. Results In uremic patients, the levels of CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 8 +and CD 19 +were lower than those in healthy controls (P<0.05), while the levels of CD 3 +,CD 4 + in uremic hemodialysis group were lower than those in the nondialyzed group (P<0.05). In uremic patients, the Fas expressions on CD 4 +,CD 8 + were markedly increased (P<0.05) as compared with those in healthy controls. Conclusion Lymphopenia in the peripheral blood from the CRF patients shows immunodeficiency; the high Fas expressions on CD 4 + and CD 8 + under the uremic environment may play a partial role in lymphopenia.
