变形链球菌表面蛋白pac基因A区片段在减毒鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的表达

摘　　要：【目的】检测携带变形链球菌表面蛋白 pac基因A区片段的重组质粒 pET 17b/A在减毒鼠伤寒沙门氏菌SL32 6 1的表达情况。【方法】应用SDS PAGE技术检测重组减毒鼠伤寒沙门氏菌SL32 6 1中是否有新的蛋白条带 ,Westernblot检测条带的抗原性。【结果】SDS PAGE显示重组减毒鼠伤寒沙门氏菌SL32 6 1中有 35ku的新蛋白条带 ,Westernblot显示在相应的位置上有特异的条带。【结论】重组减毒鼠伤寒沙门氏菌SL32 6 1表达的变形链球菌表面蛋白 pac基因A区片段具有抗原性。Objective To examine the expression of Streptococcus mutans pac gene A region in attenuated Salmonella typhimurium. Method SDS-PAGE and Western blot were used to detect the new protein band and its antigenic property in Salmonella typhimurium SL3261. Result There was a 35 ku new protein band showed in SDS-PAGE and specific reaction band also showed in Western blot band. Conclusion The new expression products of recombinant Salmonella typhimurium SL3261 had antigenic property.
