雷公藤口服液在治疗强直性脊柱炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察雷公藤口服液(LOS)联合氯诺昔康(LOR)、柳氮磺嘧啶(SSZ)和甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床效果和安全性。方法:116例符合强直性脊柱炎标准的患者随机分为2组:治疗组:58例,口服LOS+LOR+SSZ+MTX;对照组:58例,口服LOR+SSZ+MTX。2组疗程均为3个月。结果:经过3个月的治疗,2组腰背痛指数、晨僵持续时间、胸廓活动度、Schober实验、血沉(ESR)及C反应蛋白(CRP)等6项指标较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组上述指标改善值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);X线片比较,治疗组无变化56例,对照组无变化50例,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:雷公藤口服液联合氯诺昔康、柳氮磺嘧啶和甲氨蝶呤是治疗强直性脊柱炎安全有效的方法。Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of leigongteng oral solution（LOS） combined with lornoxicam,sulfasalazine and methotrexate on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods：One hundred and sixteen patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly allocated to 2 groups： the treated group（58 cases） was orally administrated with leigongteng oral solution,lornoxicam,sulfasalazine and methotrexate,while the control group（58 cases） treated with lornoxicam,sulfasalazine and methotrexate.The therapeutic course for both groups was 3 months.Results：After 3 months＇ treatment,significant improvement was observed in indexes including low back pain index,duration of morning stiffness,chest expansion,schober test,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reaction protein in both groups as compared with baseline（P〈0.05 orP〈0.01）,but the above indexes improved better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The rate of adverse reaction after treatment showed no difference（P〉0.05）.X-ray film showed no change in 56 cases in the treated group and 50 cases in the control group,showing significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion： Leigongteng oral solution combined with lornoxicam and sulfasalazine and methotrexate is a safe and effective method for ankylosing spondylitis.
