摘　　要：目的 :总结 1978年～ 2 0 0 0年 830例尸体肾移植的经验。方法 :分析 830例临床资料 ,供受者的情况、发病种类、移植前准备 ,供肾的切取及移植手术 ,免疫抑制剂的应用等。结果 :移植术后共有 32 1例发生各种并发症 ,其中10 6例死亡 ,1年人 /肾存活率为 97.5 / 90 .1;3年为 91.2 / 86 .8;5年为 87.2 / 80 .1。结论 :心血管疾病和术后感染是影响受者存活的主要原因。Objective:To summarize the experiences of 830 cases of renal transplantation from Oct.1978 to May 2000.Methods:The clinical data of 830 cases were analyzed,including donor and recipient,kinds of pathogeny,preoperative preparation,the use of immunosuppressants.ect.Results:Various complications were found in 321 patients after trasplantation and 106 patients were dead.The one year survival rate of patient/kidney was 97.5/90.1,threeyear survival rate was 91.2/86.8,five year was 87.2/80.1.conclusions:Cardiovascular disease and postoperative infection were the main causes influencing the survival of the recipients.Much attention shoud be paid to the prevention of rejection and reasonable use of immunosuppressants.
