摘　　要：为检测贵州省苗族新生儿血红蛋白中的A T 变异体 ,以便进一步分析变异个体的基因型 ,首先必须用适当的方法检测出新生儿脐带血HbF中的A T 链。介绍用反相高效液相层析技术 (RHPLC)检测人类HbF中的A T 链 ,所用主要试剂乙腈为国内产品。该检测方法具有程序化、自动化、灵敏度高、快速、准确的特点。该方法的建立为A T的检测及基因表达产物的鉴定 ,提供了新的。This article mainly introduces the raversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RHPLC) technique for detection of the A T chains in the human fetal hemoglobin.This method has the following advantages:automatically,quiekly and accurate etc.The establish of this method provide an effective means to detect the expressing materials of genes and to analyze the Structure of the materials.
