摘  要:目的 观察缺血预调(Ischemic preconditioning,IPC),结合冷晶体心麻液对兔心肌细胞三磷酸腺苷(ATP)及心肌超微结构变化影响。以进一步探讨IPC对心肌保护作用。方法 采用aengendroff离体兔心灌注模型,20只健康成年家兔随机均分二组。在兔心经历长时程缺血120 min再灌注45 min,对照组(C)不实施IPC,实验组(E)实施IPC(一次5 min缺血10 min再液注),用生物发光法测定心肌中ATP含量,透射电镜观察心肌超微结构变化。结果 (1)实验结果观察到E组心功能各项指标除心率外明显优于C组(P<0.05),E组心肌细胞ATP含量明显高于C组(P<0.01);(2)E组心肌细胞超微结构破坏明显低于C组。结论 缺血预调结合冷晶体心麻液对心肌细胞内三磷酸腺苷及超微结构有明显保存作用。Aim: To observe the effects of IPC on ATP metabolism and ultrastructure in vitro - rabbit. Method: Langendroff model was adopted in present study. Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, control C was only underwent I/R. Expeiment E was induced by IPC before I/R. Results; (1) The recoveries of cardialfuctum in Ewere consequently better than those in C. ATP content in group Ewere much higher than those in C. (2)The degree of damage of the cardium ultrastructure in group E was lower than that in group C. Conclusion:The protective effect was evently improved when IPC in combination with hypothermic cardioplegia.
