摘　　要：WCDMA技术标准是欧洲和日本提出的第三代移动通信系统技术，由于其技术的先进性、成熟性成为众多运营商的首选技术标准。其核心网络是实现用户业务的重要业务载体。本文首先概述了WCDMA核心网络的构成．然后阐述了WCDMA核心网络规划与设计的原则和关键问题，最后分析了WCDMA核心网络规划与设计的流程。WCDMA technology standard is a third-generation mobile communication systems technology which is forwarded by Europe and Japan.Due to its advanced technology and the maturity of many operators,it has become the preferred technology standard.The core network is a important carrier to achieve important business user service.This paper first outlines the composition of the WCDMA core network,and then describes the principles and key issues of WCDMA core network planning and design,finally analyse the process of WCDMA core network planning and design.
