摘　　要：本文以滨州医学院校园网为研究环境，从系统工程的角度出发，综合技术、管理、服务等几方面对校园网络安全预警机制进行了研究，该机制以安全策略为核心，以技术为支撑，以安全管理和安全服务为落实手段，强调了管理员和用户的密切配合，指出了安全培训以加强用户安全意识的重要性，并把安全服务作为校园网络管理的一个重要方面，研究了如何提高网络服务质量。Based on the campus network environment of Binzhou Medical University,from the view of system engineering,the research on early warning mechanism about technology, management,service and the other aspects of the campus network security is given.With the security policy as the core,technology as the support,security management and security services for the implementation of means,It emphasizes the close cooperation in administrators and users,points out the importance of safety training to enhance safety awareness,and how to improve the quality of network service.
