摘　　要：With Perfume as core and gelatin-gum arabic as mem-brane,a series of microcapsules were prepared by meansof complex coacervation at various technical conditions.Their interior and outer diameters and membrane thick-nesses were measured and the effects of preparation tech-niques on microcapsule properties were revealed.With Perfume as core and gelatin - gum arabic as membrane , a series of microcapsulcs were prepared by means of complex coacervation at various technical conditions.
