摘　　要：目的:探讨肠梗阻治疗管对粘连性肠梗阻的治疗作用。方法:1993～1998年对56例粘连性肠梗阻采用肠梗阻治疗管进行非手术治疗,以常规鼻胃管减压治疗作为对照组。结果:治疗组第一日平均引流量增加74％,梗阻缓解时间缩短2.1±0.4天,但中转手术率无明显下降。结论:肠梗阻治疗管治疗粘连性肠梗阻是一种安全、有效的方法,尤适用于低位小肠梗阻。Objective: To investigate the clinical effectiveness of cliny's ileus tube usedto treat adhesive intestimal obstruction. Method:56 patients were treated with cliny's ileus tube of decompression treatment, who had adhesive intestinal obstruction between 1993 and 1998. 76% Meglumine Diatrizoate 20ml and 100ml were infused into intestinal lumen by ileus tube. Another 40 patients with same disease applied nasogastric tube for decompression treatmemt was control grarp.Result: The average drainage of ileus tube group in the first day increased 74%, contrast with the control group, Mean alleviating obstruction time was shorted 2.1±0.4 days; Nevertheless, the operation rate from failure of the treatment did not decrease obviously. Conclusion: This method was very safe and effective, especially for low small iutestnal obstruction.
