摘　　要：本文根据政府机关的实际情况，结合用户需求，提出了机关办公自动化系统的基本目标，并阐述了办公自动化系统的结构设计和功能设计，给出了一个结合C／S和web技术的机关部门办公自动化系统实例；对机关建设办公自动化信息系统具有参考价值。In this paper,according to the government＇s actual situation,combined with the demand of the user,put forward the basic target of office automation systems,and described the structure of office automation system design and functional design,is a combination of C/S and Web technology departments office automation system;on the organs in the construction of office automation information system has the reference value.
