摘　　要：目的 :为探讨中药止喘灵经超声雾化吸入后对喘息型支气管炎急性发作期的疗效。方法 :观察止喘灵雾化吸入的临床症状、体征、血象等指标的改善情况 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :采用止喘灵超声雾化吸入后能达到快速的止咳化痰 ,平喘及消炎作用 ,与两组对照比较均有显著性差异 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :止喘灵经超声雾化吸入可提高疗效 ,缩短疗程。Objective: In order to probe into traditional chinese medicine named the panacea of reliving asthma breathed by ultrasonic physical & chemical instrument to the curative effect of asthmatic bronchitis'sacute breaking out period. Methods: Observed clinical symptom of traditional chinese medicine named the panacea relving asthma breathed by ultrosonic phyical & chemicial instrument the body symptom the hemogram and other indexes's Improvement of condition. then, compared with the contrast group. Results: Adopt the traditional chinese medicine named the panacea of relving asthma breathed by ultrosonic physical & chemicial instrument can get function of rapidly relieving cough and reducing phlegm, supptiess the esthma and diminshing inflammation, and there are not able diffence compared with the two contrast groups. Conclusion: The traditional chinese medicine named the panacea of reliving asthma breathed by ultrasonic physical & chemical instrument can improve the curative effect and can shorten the course of treatment.
