摘　　要：用系统分析方法通过对很多充水预压加固试验工程实例的研究 ,提出了大型油罐软弱地基充水预压加固试验系统构架并作详细说明 ;该系统构架由充水预压加固系统和效果控制分析系统构成 ;效果控制分析系统又由控制中心分支系统和信息采集处理分支系统构成 ;认为系统或分支系统之间的结合部是工作的薄弱环节 ,分析计算要发展正演和反演两种分析 ;指出一个成功的充水预压加固试验 ,其系统构架的各系统和分支系统的构筑应该是周到认真的 ,运作是正常的 ,并通过上海海滨油库工程实例加以具体分析说明。The paper provide a system construction of controlled water and consolidate tests to preload large oil tanks on soft ground and give a detail illustration with researching many engineering examples in system analytic method. This system construction is consist of controlled water, preloading along with consolidate system and effective controlled analytic system which is made up of the both branches, controlled central system as well as collection and deal information system. We think the combinative part of system or branch system is frail segment of work. Analysis and caculation should develop analysis method and back analysis method. A successful test of controlled water and consolidation of system construction should be considerate and serious to systems and branch systems, be normal to running.A detail analysis is given with a engineering example of shanghai seashore tank farm.
