摘　　要：目的 探討A型肉毒毒素(以下简稱BTXA)治療Meige綜合征(簡稱Meige病)的新方法。方法 對40例Meige病患者行BTXA面部肌肉注射。結果 治療2-4次后瞼面口頸肌痙攣均緩解或消失。結論 BTXA面肌局部多點注射治療Meige病,效果顯著。Objective To study the new method of treating Meige's syndrome with BTXA. Methods Facial muscular BTXA injection was given to 40 patients with Meige' s syndrome. Results Symptoms of all cases were relieved after 2 to 4 injections. Conclusion BTXA facial muscular injection at multiple points has excellent effect on Meige's syndrome.
