急诊B超对腹部脏器损伤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:本文旨在探讨急诊B超对腹部脏器损伤的诊断价值。方法:对104例腹部脏器损伤进行急诊B超诊断并与手术诊断对照进行回顾性分析。结果:B超诊断与手术结果完全符合83例(79.8％),基本符合9例(8.7％),总符合率88.5％。结论:B超对腹部脏器损伤的正确诊断与鉴别诊断有重要价值,为指导临床诊治和术式选择提供较可靠的客观依据。The aim of this article was to study the diagnostic value of B-ultrasound in emergency of abdominal injuried organs. Methods: The 104 cases with acute abdominal injuried organs have been diagnosed with B-uhrasound, which have been compared with those cases with operations. Results: The acute abdominal injuried persons with B-ultrasound diagnosis which all accorded with the operations were 83 cases(79.8％), basically accorded with were 9 cases(8.7％), the total accord rate was 88.5％. Conclusion: The correct diagnosis of abdominal injuried organs and differential diagnosis of B-ultrasound have had an important value in directing the clinical treatments and the styles of operations to be chosen. The fact that will provide a reliable and objective basis.
