摘　　要：国际技术贸易与国际商品贸易是国际贸易的两个重要组成部分 ,两者相辅相成 ,相互促进 ,常出现商品带技术出口或技术带商品出口的现象。但是 ,国际技术贸易毕竟不是国际商品贸易。本文从贸易标的、交易方式、交易价格。International technology trade and international commodity trade constitute two major components of international trade. They are supplementary to each other in that technology trade often accompanies commodity trade or vise versa;they are however distinct from each other. This paper has expounded the substantial distinction and connection between them from the perspectives of trade target, type of trade, trading price, and relation between parties.
