摘　　要：文章针对新的《普通高等学校本科专业目录》,提出了高校创新人才培养的新模式——柔性培养。In view of the latest Profession Catalogues for Undergraduates of Institutes of Higher Education this paper suggests a new model for creativity oriented education—flexible education. The model is expected to create a favorable environment for creativity oriented education.
