摘　　要：本文在企业调研的基础上,对宁波市化学工业进行了全面分析,明确了化学工业对化工专业人才的要求,并据此从专业设置、教学内容调整、强化实践环节、加强科学研究、开展学生专业群建设五个方面论述了化工专业教学改革。Through an overall analysis of the chemical industry of Ningbo based on investigation of the local chemical enterprises, the writers point out the requirements of personnel in chemical industry. In the light of the requirements, a chemical education reform is advocated concerning specialty setting, teaching contents, students' practice, scientific research, and construction of students' specialty groups.
