摘 要:油田常用的丢手工具主要有投球式和液压式两种类型,这两种丢手工具都不能传递扭矩,限制了工具的应用范围,而且投球式丢手工具施工时作业时间长,效率低。据此,吐哈石油钻采工艺研究院研制出了KDS-115型液压丢手工具。本文着重叙述了该型液压丢手工具的结构、工作原理、主要技术参数和应用工艺。该工具通过上下接头之间的凸爪凹槽结构,巧妙地解决了丢手工具传递扭矩的问题。在结构设计上避免了工具承拉和丢手剪切受力零件相同,保证了工具的可靠性,使丢手压力更易控制。该工具具有抗拉强度高、承压能力强、能传递较大扭矩、适用于深井作业等特点,应用在卡堵、选层酸化管柱和不压井起下管柱及水平井作业中,能简化管柱结构、降低作业难度和作业成本,提高作业效率。The ball-off and hydraulic releasing tools are used in oilfield, but it can not transfer the moment of torsion and limit their applied range. It needs a long time to operate the ball-off releasing tool. The hydraulic releasing tool KDS-115 is developed by Tuha Petroleum Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute. The paper narrated the structure, work principle, main technical parameter and applied technology of the hydraulic releasing tool. Through pawl and slot structure between up and low connector subs, it clearly solves the transformation of moment of torsion of releasing tool, avoides the same shearing force between tool load tension parts and releasing parts in structure design, guarantees reliability of the tool and to be easy to control the releasing pressure. The tool can be used in deep well operation.
