摘　　要：本文依据江主席关于宗教问题的一次重要讲话，结合建国以来我国宗教工作的三个历史阶段，纵横交织地论述党和政府对宗教问题和宗教工作的认识与实践的历史发展，从认识论高度，阐述对宗教由简单化的“鸦片论”，经过日益深化的不同发展阶段，达到了对宗教和我国宗教工作的规律性把握，从而实现了对中国宗教的认识与实践（宗教工作）的历史性飞跃。According to one of Chairmam Jiang' important speeches on religious problems and in the light of the three historical stages of our country's religious work, this whole deals in an all - round way with the historical development in the cognition and practice of our Party and government on religious work, and from a high degree of the theory of knowledge, expounds religion from foe oversimplified 'Opium Theory', through different stages of deepening development, to the grasp of the regular pattern of religion and our relevant work, and finally brings about a historic leap in the cognition and practice of Chinese religion.
