摘　　要：集团公司重组改革以后,各油田公司对石油勘探和开发工作提出了更高、更明确的要求——寻找有经济效益的储量。因此,加强和开展经济分析及评价工作势在必行。通过对每个投资项目和投资环节进行评价,提前预测每个项目及环节的成本控制关键因素和成本控制点,实现资产投资回报最大化是经济评价工作的主要目的。本文结合吐哈生产实际就经济评价规則、方法、原理、流程、参数进行探讨,并以三塘湖黑墩构造带的三维地震立项为例进行论证,经经济评价和综合分析后,认为经济可行。After the Group Company rearranged and reformed, the higher and clearer requirement which is to seek for reserves of economic performance is addressrd by every oilfield company in the oil exploration and development, so strengthing economic analysis and evaluation must be enforced. By evaluating the every investment project and link, the key factor and the control spot of the cost control of projects and links should be predicted in advance to realize the greatest returns of the investment. The paper discussed the economic evaluation rule, method, principle, process and parameter with the production practice. By taking the concluding contract of 3-D seismics in Hidum structural belt of Santanghu as an example for a proof, the economic evaluation and comprehensive analysis, the result is available.
