MRI与关节镜诊断半月板损伤的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对照MRI和关节镜检查半月板损伤的结果,分析MRI对半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法:对82例患者93个膝关节进行MRI检查,并于MRI检查后2～4周内行关节镜检查。结果:本组82例93个膝关节186个半月板中,对照关节镜检查结果,MRI诊断半月板损伤的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值分别为93.2%、91.3%、91.1%、89.7%。结论:MRI对半月板损伤具有较高的诊断价值。Objective： To compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance MRI and arthroscopy in the diagnosis of memscus injuries.Methods： 93 knee joints of 82 patients were examined by MRI.These patients underwent arthroscopy within 2-4 weeks after MRI examination.Results： Depending on the exploration in arthroscopic imaging in 93 of the 186 menisci of 82 patients,the sensitivity of MRI for diagnosis of meniscus juries was 93.2%. the specificity was 91.3%,thc accuracy was 91.1%,the positive predictive valac was 89.7%. Conclusion： MRI has a higher diagnostic value in meniscus injury of the knee joints.
