超高频电波刀联合纤维蛋白封闭剂治疗宫颈糜烂临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超高频电波射频术(LEEP刀)联合纤维蛋白封闭剂治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:选择160例宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为对照组与观察组两组。对照组:单纯LEEP刀治疗;观察组:LEEP刀联合纤维蛋白封闭剂治疗,观察出血时间及术后修复情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组疗组总有效率达98.6%,对照组总有效率达84.8%。阴道流血时间缩短、出血量减少、创面修复快、治愈率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:LEEP刀联合纤维蛋白封闭剂治疗宫颈糜烂疗效肯定,较单纯LEEP刀治疗治愈率高,阴道流血时间缩短,出血量减少、创面修复快。Objective.To discuss the clinical effect about UHF radio frequency surgery united fibrin sealant treat cervical erosion. Methods：Chose 160 cases cervical erosion patients randomly divided into two groups of control group and observation group.The conlrol group：LF, EP knife treatment alone;The observation group：Ultra-high frequency radio knife united fibrin sealant treatment,observed bleeding time and postoperative repair.Results：Compared with control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.6%,the total effective rate of the control group was 84.8%：Vaginal bleeding time,decrease the amount of bleeding,wound healing fast,the cure rale was high,difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The effect is affirmative using UHF radio frequency surgery（loop electrosurgical excision procedure knife）united fibrin sealant to treat cervical erosion,compared with the simple LEEP knife treatment,it has a high cure rate,vaginal bleeding time,decrease the amount of bleeding,wound healing fast.
