摘  要:目的:探讨骨代谢标志物与老老年(>80岁)骨质疏松患者,以及骨质疏松伴有骨折患者之间的关系。方法:测定骨密度(BMD),并根据有无骨质疏松和骨折将129例老老年分为无骨质疏松(N-OP)组,骨质疏松无骨折(OP)组和骨质疏松伴骨折(OP-F)组。分别测定各组受试者BMD和骨代谢标志物骨钙素(N-MID),骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP),Ⅰ型前胶原氯基末端前肽(PINP),和Ⅰ型胶原C端肽(CTX)水平。结果:血清BAP、N-MID、PINP和CTX水平:N-OP组低于OP组,OP组低于OP-F组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老老年骨质疏松患者血清骨代谢标志物水平与骨质疏松及骨折存在密切的相关性。Objective:To investigate the relationship between bone metabolism marker and osteoporosis/osteoporetic fracture in very elderly.Methods:We divided 129 subjects into three groups(no osteoporosis group,osteoporotic group,osteoporotic fracture group). The BMD of all subjects was measured by Single-energy X-ray absorptiometry,and in the same time,the serum levels of bone metabllistic markcrs(BAP, N-MID,PINP, CTX) were measured.Results:The serum level of BAP, N-MID,PINP and CTX in OP-F group is higher than that of OP group,and OP group is higher than that of N-OP group,the differences are of statistical significance(P〈 0.05).Conclusion:The serum level of BAE N-MID,PINP and CTX might be closely related with the osteoporosis/osteoporotic fracture in very elderly.
