摘  要:目的:观察由杭白菊、珍珠粉、当归、胶原蛋白组成的中草药复方的抗氧化与保湿作用。方法:采用裸小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖建立亚急性衰老模型,昆明小鼠建立黄褐斑模型,观察中草药复方的抗氧化与改善皮肤水分的作用。结果:中草药复方(26.4g生药/kg)能改善D-半乳糖衰老模型造成的皮肤水分减少,增加皮肤超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、1型胶原蛋白、羟脯氨酸;减少皮肤中丙二醛(MDA)的生成。中草药复方(26.4g生药/kg)能增加黄褐斑小鼠肝脏的GSH-Px、SOD,减少肝脏脂褐质、MDA、酪氯酸酶;增加皮肤中的GSH-Px、NO;中草药复方各剂量组对皮肤酪氯酸酶、透明质酸及血液流变学各参数无显著影响。结论:由杭白菊、珍珠粉、当归、胶原蛋白组成的中草药复方,具有一定的促进皮肤抗氧化及保湿的作用。Objective: To study the anti-oxidation and moisturizer effect of a compound Chinese herbal medicine,which were composed of flos chrysanthemi, pearl powder, Chinese Angelica and collagen protein.Methods: D-galactose was subcutaneous injected in nude mouse to made subac.senescent animal model, and moth-patch animal model was made by Kunming mice.Then administration follow the project and observed anti-oxidation and moisturizer effect of the compound Chinese herbal medicine.Results: The water content, SOD, collagen protein, hydroxyproline level were improved and MDA level was reduced in the skin of the subac.senescent animal model by the compound Chinese herbal medicine at the dose of 26.4g/kg.Thc GSH-Px, SOD content in the liver were improved, MDA, monophenolase in the liver were reduced, GSH-Px and NO in the skin were improved too by the compound Chinese herbal medicine at the dose of 26.4g/kg.But the compound Chinese herbal medicine have no effect on the monophcnolasc, hyaluronic acid level and hemorheology. Conclusions: The compound Chinese herbal medicine which were composed of flos chrysanthemi, pearl powder, Chinese Angelica, collagen protein have the effect of anti-oxidation and moisturizer.
