摘　　要：目的:探讨日立7600与7180全自动生化分析仪检测游离脂肪酸(NEFA)结果的一致性。方法:应用两台生化分析仪对40份标本进行NEFA的测定,对检测数据进行相关性分析并计算系统误差,以评价两个检测系统结果的一致性。结果:两个检测系统NEFA测定结果相关性较好,相关系数r≥0.975,NEFA在不同医学水平的总误差都小于1/2厂家提供允许总误差(EA)。结论:日立7600与7180生化分析仪检测游离脂肪酸结果具有良好的一致性。Objective：The purpose of this paper is to analyse the consistency of the detection results of Non-Estenfied Fatty Acid （NEFA） by Hitachi 7600 and 7180 Biochemical Analyzers.Methods：Two Biochemical Analyzers were used to measure Non-Estcrified Fatty Acid of 40 samples.A relevance analysis between detected data from two analyzers was conducted and the systematic： errors were calculated, so that the consistency of the results between two detecting systems was evaluated.Results： There is a good correlation between the results of the NEFA detected by two detecting systems, with the correlation coefficient of r≥0.975.The total error of the NEEA in different medical levels was less than 1/2 of the allowed total error （EA） of the manufacturer.Conclusion：There is a good consistency in detection results of Non-Esterified Fatty Acid （NEFA） detected by Hitachi 7600 and 7180 Biochemical Analyzers
