摘  要:目的:考察紫草素滴丸的制备工艺,设计正交实验,确定最佳工艺条件。方法:以聚乙二醇4000为基质,二甲基硅油为冷却剂,滴制工艺为:滴制温度85℃,冷却液5~25℃梯度冷却,滴距5cm,滴速40滴/min。结果:该工艺制得的滴丸圆整度好,丸重差异小,崩解时限为21 min,符合药典规定。结论:该工艺适合紫草素滴丸的制备。Objective:To study the technological parameters of the new drug Shikonin Dropping Pills and to establish the best conditions, the preparation conditions were optimized by orthogonal design.Methods:PEG4000 was an optimal base and methyl-silicon oil was an optimal refi'igerant.The preparation process was as follows: The dropping system temperature was 85℃, the condensale temperature was 5-25℃ by gradient cooling, the dropping distance was 5 cm, and 40 drops/min.Results:The dropping pills made by this technology had good properties of shaping and small weight deviation.The disintegration time was 21 min, which conformed to the standard pharmacopoeia.Conclusions: This method is suitable for the preparation of Shikonin Dropping Pills.
