摘 要:目的探讨螺旋 CT 三维及多平面重建对髋臼骨折的诊断价值。方法对16例髋臼骨折伤者施行螺旋 CT 扫描,全部数据输入工作站进行三维(3D)及多平面重建(mutple plan reconstruction,简称 MPR)图像处理。结果从不同角度及任意平面整体观察复杂的髋臼骨折移位和粉碎程度;应用分层切割骨编辑技术,抽提出髋臼窝里股骨头,完整显示髋臼窝。结论 3D 和 MPR 在影像显示上有独特的优势,对评估髋臼骨折程度及选择手术入路有指导意义。Objective To discuss the clinic al significance of 3D and MPR technique with Helical CT in acetabular fracture.Meth- ods 16 patients with acetabular fractures were examined by Helical CT.All the data were transferred to workstation and pro- cessed with 3D and MPR.Results Displacement of the complicated acetabular fracture and degree of the comminution could be ob- served stereoscopically from any desired planes and from different angles.Separating the femar caput from acetabular fossa by us- ing segmentation tool,the acetabular fossa could be clearly demonstrated.Conclusion 3D and MPR have special advantages in im- age displaying,behaving clinical significance in evaluating the degree of the acetabular fractrue and in selecting the surgical ap- proaches for operation.
