槲皮素对糖尿病大鼠肾脏超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的研究槲皮素对糖尿病大鼠肾脏形态及超微结构的影响。方法对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠动物模型给予槲皮素100 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),治疗共8周,放免法测定尿白蛋白排泄量,观察槲皮素对肾小球形态及基底膜超微结构等的改变。结果槲皮素能明显降低糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白排泄,抑制肾小球肥大,延缓肾小球基底膜增厚及触突融合。结论槲皮素能明显改善糖尿病大鼠肾脏超微结构的病理改变,对糖尿病大鼠肾脏有保护作用。Objective To investigate the renal protective effect of Quercetin on morphology and ultrastructure of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Quercetin 100mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),was given to diabetic rates for 8 weeks.Urinary albumin excretion was measured by radioimmunoassay.The changes of glomerular volume and basement membrane were measured.Results Quercetin reduced albuminuria,inhibited glomerular enlargement,delayed the progress of glomerular basement membrane thickening and reduced foot process fusion in Quercetin treated diabetic rates group.Conclusion Quercetin might improve the pathological ultrastructure of diabetic nephropathy,it may help to prevent the development of diabetic nephropathy.
