摘 要:以F3(Trichodermasp.)、F5(Aspergillussp.)、F6(Aspergillussp.)为石油降解菌,通过单因素实验,研究了温度、石油浓度、振荡速度、初始pH、菌液投加量对各菌降解石油的影响.实验结果表明,影响因素对各微生物降解石油以及它们自身的生长都有较大影响.通过对实验结果进行分析,确定了各单菌降解石油的最佳单因素条件.为利用微生物治理石油污染环境提供了一些基本理论数据.F3(Trichoderma sp.),F5(Aspergillus sp.),F6(Aspergillus sp.) were used to biodegrade crude oil.An experiment was designed to reseach how much the fungi were affected during the oil-biodegradation by the various factors follow as temperature,oil concentration,rotation rate,initial ph acidity and fungi quantities.The experiment resulted that the factors had great effect on oil-biodegradation and microbial growth.The author analyzed the experimental datum and obtained the optimal singe-factor conditions on the biodegradation of crude oil.This study aimed at providing some basic theories for the improving of crude-oil-contaminated environment by fungi.Fig 8,Tab 2,Ref 13.
