城乡一体化背景下豫东体育人口现状调查及对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对豫东地区城镇和乡村体育人口的发展现状进行调查研究.结果表明:豫东地区城镇、乡村体育人口年龄结构不均衡,男性呈"马鞍状"分布,随着年龄增加城镇女性体育人口呈总体增加趋势,而农村呈总体减少趋势;城镇中青年和农村老年人加入体育人口行列成为新农村体育发展的难点;城镇、乡村体育人口文化程度较高;城镇体育人口锻炼主要集中在对场地要求不高的项目,内容较为丰富,且对场地的主观需求较为强烈,乡村体育人口的锻炼项目主要集中在生活态型的运动,内容单一;城镇和乡村居民参加体育锻炼的动机不完全相同,但均主要停留在生理方面,而对心理和社会适应方面需求较少.By using the methods of documentary,questionnaire and mathematical statistic,the paper made a research on the development status of the town and country sport population in the east area of Henan province.The results show： the age structure of the sport population this area is unbalanced,the male＇s looks like saddle-shaped,and with the increase of age,the number trend of female sport population in town is lifting,but decreases in country.It＇s one of the difficulties and problems on the development of sport exercises in the area for young-middle age in town and the elderly in country to join the sports population.The education level of the sport population this area is higher.Walking and running which are the sports developed easier and expending lower are more choosed by the people in town;In country,the exercise content is drab.To improve the physiological function is the mainly purpose of them;but there are some differences in the purposes of exercise between town and country.
