摘　　要：提出了 1个普查消空指标的思路和方法，利用计算机可迅速建立各种不同预报对象的消空指标库。通过对国家气象中心 MOS预报中江西降水的消空处理，发现该方法简便易行，效果良好。： In the papers an index and method are offered that calculate index preventing from empty forecast. By computer the index database of all kind of different predictands are established.Processing the precipitation forecast of JiangXi in the MOS of SMC,we find that the method is simple and easy and the effect is good.
