摘　　要：该文记述捷蝽科 (Velocipedidae) 3新种 ,即杜斯捷蝽 ,新种 Scotomedesdoesburgi sp.nov.、广西斯捷蝽 ,新种 Scotomedes guangxiensis sp.nov.、云南斯捷蝽 Scotomedes yunnanensis sp.nov.Three new species of genus Scotomedes Stal from China are described this paper: Scotomedes doesburgi Ren, sp. nov, Scotomedes guangxiensis, Ren, sp. nov. and Scotomedes yunnanensis Ren, sp. nov. The male genitalia and other features are illustrated (figs. 1-30). The type specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology, Nankai University , P. R. China. The new species are diagnosed as follows. Scotomedes doesburgi Ren, sp. nov. (figs. 1-9) Scotomedes alienus (Distant) :Hsiao,1964, Acts Zootaxonomica Sinica 1(2):287-289〔 nec (Distant ) 1904, misidentification〕. Male body length 9.8mm, width of body 4.4mm.( including fore wing). Abdominal width 3.6mm , length 3.8mm (not including hemelytron). Length of pronotum 1.7mm, width of between anterior angles 0.9mm, width of between lateral angles 3.1mm. Apical margin of male genitalia, conspicuous convex rounded. Aedeagus as shown in fig.7. Paramere with a process on near base, anterior port long , apex point. This new species is similar to Scotomedes alienus Stal in appearance, body color and pale markings of fore wing, but differs in the following characters: apical part of paramere, narrow longer, pointed end sharp , its subbasal part with a process; shape and sclerotic structure of aedeagus , different. Etymology: Named for Prof. P. H. Van Doesburg. Holotype: male, Si'mao County (22.48 (N, 100.58 (E , altitude 1200m), Yunnan Province, China, IV.13. 1955. (figs. 10-14) Body black, male length 11.1mm, width 4.5mm ( including fore wing), width of abdomen 3.5mm. length head 2.0mm, width 1.4mm, vertex width 0.6mm; Length of antennal segments I: II: III: IV = 0.55: 1.70: 1.10: 1.10mm. Length of pronotum 1.8mm, width of between anterior angles 1.10mm, width of between lateral angles 3.3mm. Length of hemelytron 7.2mm, beyond apex of abdomen 1.1mm.
