摘 要:选用苏云金杆菌、2 .5%敌杀死、50 %甲胺磷、4 0 %氧化乐果、杀虫威等几种药剂进行不同施药方式、不同药剂林间对比防治试验。研究结果表明不同农药对泡桐叶甲防治效果差异显著 ,注射法和喷雾法防治效果差异不显著 ,甲胺磷 +氧化乐果 (1:10 0 0 )混合农药注射防治效果较好。苏云金杆菌 (5× 10 7孢子 / ml) +敌杀死 (1:50 0 0 )喷雾防治泡桐叶甲幼虫比单纯使用化学农药效果更好 ,菌药混合液防治后 2 5d林间虫口明显低于化学防治 。Different pesticides such as Bt., 2.5% Deltamethrin, 50% Methaminclophos, 40% Omethoate, 20% Tetrachlorvinphos are chosen to control Basiprionota chinensis Fabricius in contrast experiment of different applying method and different pesticides. It was concluded that the effects of different pesticides is distinguishable, and the same effect of different applying method showed that using the injection method, mixed up with 1000 times of 50% Methaminclophos and 40% Omethoate is effective. The effects of pesticides that mixed up with 5×10 7 spores/ml of Bt and 5000 times of Deltamethrin is better than pure chemical pesticides. The pest in the latter is lower than former in the forest after 25 days, and the type and number of its natural enemies are even higher.
