摘 要:本文研究了不同体色桃蚜 (红、绿 )对四种药剂的敏感性。结果表明 ,在 2 5℃ ,14L:10 D,75%相对湿度的条件下 ,红、绿桃蚜对杀虫双的 L C50 分别为 4 0 7.4 ppm和 2 80 .4 ppm对灭多威的 LC50 分别为 2 55.1ppm和154.9ppm,对乐果的 L C50 分别为 6 4 5.6 ppm和 4 4 6 .7ppm ,对灭扫利的 L C50 分别为 2 13.7ppm和 2 95.1ppm。但从回归方程 y=a+ bx的 b值来看 ,红、绿型桃蚜对杀虫双和灭多威的 b值均不存在显著差异 ,而对乐果与灭扫利的 b值存在显著差异。This paper dealt with the sensitivity of four insecticides on two different color forms of Myzus Persicae, namely red form, green form. The constant environmental conditions were as following: 25℃, 75% R.H. and 14L:10D. The results showed that the lethal concentration of 50% mortalities (LC 50 ) of the female adults aphids of red forms and green forms were 407.4ppm and 280.4ppm for dimehypo,251.1ppm and 154.9ppm for methomyl, 645.6ppm and 446.7ppm for dimethoate, 213.7ppm and 295.1ppm for meothrin, respectively. But from the linear regression equations about red forms and green forms to four insecticides we knew that there were no significant differences between the b values for dimehypo and methomyl, there were significant differences between the b values for dimethoate and meothrin. The results will play a very important role in integrated Myzus persicae management .
