摘 要:本文比较了由不同合成方法(接枝法、复合法及共混法)制备的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)的固化膜性能。结果表明,复合法和接枝法可大大改善PUA固化膜的综合性能。光固化膜和热固化膜相比,光泽度较高,而硬度稍微偏低。随着体系中共聚单体苯乙烯含量的增加,固化膜硬度也增加,但光泽度下降。The properties of poyurethane-acrylate (PUA) cured films prepared by different synthetic methods (blending, hybridization and grafting) were compared. The results showed that the cured films by either hybridization or grafting had better overall properties than those by blending method. UV-cured flms showed higher gloss and slightly lower hardness compared to those of thermal-cured films showed higher gloss and slightly lower hardness compared to those of thermal-cured films. With the increase of the amount of styrene as a comonomer in the system, the hardness of cured films increased while the gloss decreased.
