用色谱—质谱联用仪(GC-MS)快速分析一种抛光膏的有机成分

摘　　要：色质联用技术是快速分析有机混合物组成的一种有力手段,特别是借助计算机检索标准谱库方法可简化质谱解析,提高解析的准确性。本文使用色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析一种未知组成黄色抛光膏的化学成分。在实验设定的色谱条件下抛光膏萃取液总离子流色谱峰分离效果好,使用计算机检索标准质谱图方法,确定了抛光膏中油脂部分的化学组成。Gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)is a powerful method in the fast analysis of complex organic mixtures,and it even become more easy and accurate to in- terpret the unknown mass spectra if employing the probability based matchingsystem in computer,which had saved previously thousands of standard organic MS,to retrieve and identify the unknown mass spectra.The present paper was to use GC/MS to detect the chemical composition unknown of one yellow polishing paste.One gas chromatographic spectrum with good separate effect was obtained from the extractive solution of the paste, and using the method of the retrieval,the components of the paste were identified.
