摘 要:目的探讨强化护士长临床护理教学查房的效果。方法内科实习的护生98人为对照组,内科实习的护生132人为观察组,对照组采用传统的护理教学查房方法,实验组采用强化护士长护理教学查房方法。结果观察组护生查房后理论知识、综合技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显高于对照组(χ2=6.505,P<0.05);强化护士长教学查房后,查房参与者、查房主持人、考评小组对查房水平的评价均高于传统教学查房后(P<0.05)。结论强化护士长临床护理教学查房是提高教学查房质量的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of strengthening the clinical teaching nursing rounds of head nurse.Methods 98 students were the control group,and the 132 students were the observation group.The control group was given the traditional nursing teaching rounds method;and the observation group were given the strengthening clinical nursing teaching rounds of head nurse.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group students' score of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive skills were higher(P0.05),and the observation group students' satisfaction for teaching rounds were higher(χ2=6.505,P0.05).Compared with the traditional nursing teaching rounds,the evaluation of teaching rounds participants,host and assessment team for the level of teaching rounds of the clinical nursing teaching rounds of head nurse were higher(P0.05).Conclusion The strengthening clinical nursing teaching rounds of head nurse is the effective method of improving the quality of nursing teaching rounds.
